Also I don't think there is anything wrong/unfair with Lil'Q's competition screen. As long as the actual screen hasn't been modified (colors/brightness/contrast/added effects etc) then I don't see the problem with it. I know the rules state images are not allowed to be modified in any image editing program, but it was more towards editing the actual screen (adding your username in the screen is ok, if it wasn't I would have brought up the subject). Also when thinking up of the rules, I totally forgot some users like to post panorama screens like LTK with his famous San Fierro Bridge screen. If you guys still think it will be a problem then I'm sure Lil'Q will remove the screen from the competition.

You know I was never gonna leave for good. But i figured that if a 'Senior' member of the thread left; either other ppl will follow, or something will get actioned soon enough. Might be coincidental on my departure, but in my books it worked lol.

 

I'm not going to pester BLITZ for a BETA lol; if he wanted testers, he would've asked by now, especially after finishing off each of the cities.

 

Does anyone know of any good tuts on how to create a good video for GTA:SA?

@JF-Mir2 - Just install whatever vegetation mod your using on top of GTASA4EVER, that's what I did with PV2

@methodunderg - Think Marty Mcfly will be the best here to answer your question. I honestly haven't a clue I just give my frap recordings to my friend and he does all the work.

@JF-Mir2 - No fixes I've heard of, but then I don't get any crashes when using it, so don't know why some of you users are having issues with it. I'm using Cleo4, also I tend to take screens during the daytime...think there is a certain time where the sunhaze will crash...but not sure.

 

Copy the files for grass into your folder and see if you still get the problem.

I don't get crashes with SunHaze.. but I think most occur @ 7AM and 7PM (0700 & 1900)

Ofc that's not an in-game program. As I said, I did it with Xara Xtreme 5, merged 3 pictures together.

About editing, I know that graphical editing is not allowed, but since those are just 3 normal screenshots merged into one, I thought that's nota problem (examples below btw). Plus I've asked nWo if it's okay to use this picture for the competition, he had nothing against it.

And I thought it's only allowed to take a picture which is 100% from orginal game without any kind of editing with any program like photoshop (xara xtreme seems to be photoshop alike too).

 

Though the pics are looking best, I don't find it very fair to merge many pics into one with a tool for competition where everyone uses 100% fresh from game (i hope)... but use your pic as you are allowed. I don't want to ruin fun, I'm just telling what I think.

 

[FDC]NYZE.ONE, I suggest you: Lil'Q Timecyc, Project Reality 2.5 Timecyc, iCEnhancer bla bla Timecyc or nWo's GOH Timecyc. Try them out and see which looks best. For me for example the iCEthingy timecyc is very good.

You can stick 3 pictures with glue in real world but making panorama in virtual stage whit what else other than a programs can you build a panorama. If you can't afford 3 monitors to make 3000x1200 image you can use programs.

 

He didn't modified the pictures look, just merged three into one. So yeah, this is legit.

He could be using ColorMod, or FXAA to achieve the Bloom xP But either way, set it to 0 lol
