Sooo, here goes my votes.

First place goes to on_DIM_on. In my opinion, the screenshot resembles San Andreas the most, as it should be. Old car, kinda old looking setting, but still looking good!

Second place goes to S Y E D. I prefer non-car screenshots a lot more than others, it forces you to use imagination more since you can't always find the perfect model for planes, whereas cars have thousands of different models.

 

Third place goes to qq183079671. That screenshot, along others, make me question, is that really the same game I've been playing for years? It indeed is, and you've captured it almost perfectly. What's wrong with it? Modern car in a game that is based in '92.

Commendations:
Marty McFly - Your knowledge of shaders is outstanding, and your work on Master Effect has allowed a lot of users to reach outstanding results when it comes to graphics!
FMHn - Screenshots of yours was close to getting a vote from me. Though, I still kinda feel this is missing something.
Zikone - Your screenshot is "slightly" edited, but it's also a bit mysterious. What's this shiny, modern era car? We will probably never know.
