On my R780 I have around 22-26 FPS.

Or 11-15 if is a lot of trees.

Can someone explain me how to enable Godrays?

Easy way is to download Marty's ME 1.4 with bunch great effects.

After moving all needed files in your game dir, open enbseries_mastereffect.ini and change this line:

#define GODRAYS 0

to

#define GODRAYS 1

Then go down to "//[GODRAYS]" and adjust small parts like you prefer.
