Looks like "sunlight" example in DK22Pac's NewOpcodes. The color which the script applies, and the strength, is based on sun core color in timecycle.

And well, while at it, if you consider this as a spoiler for soon-to-be released GTA V, don't click the link below. Anyways, I happened to watch this livestream of V, and noticed a cool new mechanism in the game which I'm now trying to implement to good ol' San Andreas. Yay or nay?

Yeah, that is just the sunlight script from DK22; which I'm pretty sure was included in an earlier version of IVLM.

It is also included as a 'test' script in his newopcodes download.

 

Btw, how did you manage to turn if on/off?

methodunderg: But its separated from IVLM, its stand-alone cleo mods. Sun reflect/sun system applied on player and anything on him. I use camhack and hide the player xD so its disabled.
