I think I now can finally get rid of colormod, created my own bloom shader which now works as it should (previous attemps were crap). Its offsets are a bit ugly yet, but fixing this is easy. On these two screenshots I've raised the power and the offset to make it more visible:

 

 

Also I've just added a new HDR shader to Master Effect, it's based on color changes made from other shaders.

little update about sa:render(we rewriting so i think adding shadows will be good)

Lol that looks weird but could be a cool thing in the future btw what about area sunlight? would have the effect that shadows which are far away from the object which casts it are more blurred than ones which are near the object.

Marty, nice! How about bloom shader? I think you should release Master Effect 1.2

PetkaGTA, nice work petka, i suggest you to make a SA::Render thread in gtaforum. It would be cool because some of us can't read the comment of SA::Render thread on Vol-gta site.

Hmm first some more shaders, one new and one fixed isn't much...I want to wait for icenhancer release, I'm sure then I can add dozens of new effects
