Imagebam and imageshack are only approved hosts for competitions

This way, we can hex-edit pictures, and determine if someone has opened the tool in photo editing programs like Photoshop.

Akar, Can you please post your competition picture to either imagebam or imageshack and post as thumbnail? It doesn't take long to make a account for one of those hosting servers if you don't have an account.

I have made a mod which could go very, very well with ENB (made for that purpose) but I'm not sure where it should go, or if it's been done before, 2x draw distance w/ increased draw distance from vegetation and small objects (lamposts, street signs etc)
