Wow man, that are some too exaggerated bump parameter numbers you got there! Try removing one zero, for some numbers even 2 zeros and look again. Don't got over 500 (all above is just bullsh*t and too extreme).

Could be also fault on that FOV you use there. Use standard FOV view.

 

That are the things I would do first in your case.

Does anyone else have this problem; and maybe found a solution?

 

I even played with all the 'BugFixModes', but to no avail.
