when i install sakina or return blow it crashes as well as the maps that loads its files from an external img

tried project oblivion's exe but doesn't start at all

In addition to that, you should also remind others that quoting is NOT necessary when the post you're quoting is just right above you, and it's also not necessary to quote a whole post that is full of images. Over-quoting is also not necessary. Let's keep this thread organized, shall we? Oh, and btw, congratulations for winning. Your screenshot was pretty epic if you ask me.

Anyways, what do you think? Do you like the grain effect that gives an 'metallic' style to the cars?

I checked, you are right, it's used for SF weathers

 

It has non-zero values on:

Weather 5 (SUNNY SF), Cycle 3 (6AM)

Weather 7 (CLOUDY SF), Cycle 3 (6AM)

Weather 8 (RAINY SF), Cycle 3 (6AM)

Weather 9 (FOGGY SF), Cycle 3 (6AM)

 

How to properly name this property? I need a good name for this parameter in In-game Timecyc Editor

fastman92, I would call it "Sea Fog", cuz it only appears on the waters, and when you enter it, everything looks more foggy.

...

I have googled recently "Sea fog" and "San Francisco"... and seems to be right what I thought about that fog. In real it sometimes appears over the waters of SF, so R* took it into GTASA cuz Fierro is based on francisco

So it isn't any kind of light as you asked above.

As I said on Skype; I use Adler's time/weather changer, and TIME and WEATHER are his codes for the mod. So I can't type in TIMECYC, or it just brings up Adler's Time Changer..

In-game Timecyc Editor allows you to change the weater or time by cycle || (hour && minute). It allows to stop the time as well. And what's far most important it lets to edit timecyc.dat.

In short all from Adler's script is available in the In-game Timecyc Editor. This and moe.

If you're still going to edit cheat script "TIME" then use Sanny Builder to decompile. cs file.
