It seemed to work for me ^ If something is wrong with it, could you re-compile it?

They are OK.

Read it:

 

Sanny Builder will compile float value instead of integer when value exceeds range of signed INT (–2147483648 to 2147483647)

On other hand 32-bit processes cannot use more than 2 GB of memory.

Use 2147483647 instead of 2147483648.

 

512 MB and 1024 MB doesn't exceed this range.

You may use 2 GB *1024^3-1 = 2147483647 bytes

In result it's 2 GB - one byte.

I've got a problem with my ENB; the shadows don't want to appear/load anymore. They disappear completely when ENB is activated.

I got it; I will send on Skype tonight.

 

If you have any good ENB Setts or anything like that, that I don't have in my Newbies Pack, then send them my way for the next edition.

IMG organizer 1.0

 

GTA IV has about 160 IMG archives. Standard GTA SA has only 6 IMG archives.

All important files were put by R* into one big IMG archive - gta3.img.

This script splits up gta3.img into many small IMG archives such as countn2.img, countrye.img and more.

It's inspired on GTA IV structure where almost every IDE file has separate IMG archive.

 

And yet it's perfectly stable. It was confirmed if all exported & removed file are imported to proper IMG archives.

It's impossible that some file was removed and cannot be found in any of created archive.

On standard unmodified GTA SA gta3.img will be shrunk to 2 KB in size.

I worked on it about 6 days. You'll have 51 IMG archives loaded.

Counted using my simple CLEO script:

Does this work on a highly modded gta3.img? nWo's script to split images didn't work on anything over 2GB..

No, it uses SparkCS.exe, so it doesn't support IMG archive more than 2 GB either.

I would have to write my own exe to handle Spark scripts. Not difficult task, but time consuming.

What's size of your gta3.img?

Spark.exe also doesn't support 2GB IMG files.

Not even exporting a single file.

I have a solution for you. Export some of files from gta3.img to any directory on your HDD to keep size of IMG archive under 2 GB.

Run my .bat first time. It will get shrunk since many files will be exported & removed from gta3.img

Add exported "some" of files to gta3.img back.

Run .bat again.

It seems to have no performance impact for me. Just better organization for modders, especially mappers.

Talking about mappers, I use MEd a lot.

Won't MEd crash when organized IMG files?

Why it should? It reads default.dat & gta.dat to know what ING archives are defined in SA installation.

Well Awesome guys i always tested my images with sanny builder of course creatone one of mission and put bmw m3 with 5 or 6 police cars and of course with Heli as problem i need create video but can't now i have poor processor intel r cerleone smile.gif
