When I click play on Social Club it would display a warning "Can't find/missing dx3d9_43.dll" and Razor1911 as the window title. Then after I hit ok another one pops up with the same message but with a different window title "GTAIV.exe". Then when I hit ok, the game would run. It's just annoying to see it pop up every time I start the game. I downloaded the dll from the web and placed it inside the GTAIV main folder. The message went away but my game won't load. Anyone?
