The color version indeed sucks, you should use just one, or two color gradient, but all colors seriously looks gay and doesn't fit anything at all. (havn't played GTA:SA in a while but it looks to be defaults in HD. Only issue I have is the download link at GTA Garage is down stating the mod is not complete yet.
