Due to a recent terrorism scare, the LCPD shut down all bridges and transportation to Algonquin, therefore isolating it from the rest of the city. This won't stop Marcus M. Marcus Jr, though, as he attempt to make big money in a failing economy. That isn't the only problem. Craig Miller is being mistaken as a terrorist, his best friend gets kidnapped, and the Liberty City Nightlife is going to sh*t. Can Craig save the day? Prologue Craig Miller, a thug for hire, is recently released from a prison in Western Maryland for trying to cash a three million dollar check through a bank drive-thru. Meanwhile, Marcus M. Marcus Jr. is searching for some extra security after a failed assassination attempt on him while he was touring the British countryside, looking for more medieval castles to buy. After hours of research, he finds Craig's arrest record, and decides to hire him. Craig accepts the job, and later accompanies Marcus, along with Nikolai, to Liberty City, where he plans to build a new office for the Marcus Group. Craig decides to bring Trey along, for old times sake. Act I: Live Is Life Craig and Trey arrive VIA helicopter at a helipad. There, they meet Marcus and Nikolai. At first, Nikolai resents Craig, believing that Marcus hired him to replace him. Marcus then lets the three of them into his stretch limo to discuss business on the way to the Marcus Group offices. On the way, Marcus discusses business, such as benefits, pay, and all things capital. Trey is disgusted at the menial pay of five thousand a week (according to Marcus). Craig still accepts the Job, though, simply for the sake of blowing things up and the general mayhem. Marcus then drops Craig & Trey off at the Star Plaza hotel, which he paid in advance for Craig and Trey. A little while later, Craig decides to go out and admire the hustle of Star Junction. He walks out of the hotel, turns the corner, and buys a hot dog, with everything on it *trollface*. As the angry vendor tries to pile everything onto a foot of meet for Craig's stolen dollar, Craig sees a Moonbeam hastily park across the street and a terrorist stepping out of it, then running away. Right as the vendor hands Craig the hotdog, the van explodes. Everybody flees in terror, except for Craig, who stares in amazement at the burning piece of metal. A few seconds later, the LCPD appears, and believe that Craig is the bomber. Craig escapes the police, but it doesn't mean that he isn't being watched. A little while later, he gets kidnapped by the UL Paper and is given a choice: Go to Guantanamo Bay for the terrorist attack, or go undercover. Craig, having fallen asleep many times in School and not knowing sh*t about his legal rights, accepts and goes undercover into the Petrovic Family. Act II: Svoboden Craig, after being blackmailed, then goes undercover for the UL Paper as a spy, willing to bring the Petrovic family down from power. Craig is at first given the alias "Ivan Petronov", but Craig gives them a better alias-"Neil Myall". Unknown to the U.L. Paper, Dave Welwyn is actually Craig's neighbor back in his unnamed Maryland town. Craig is then dropped off in squat loft apartment and is given the duty to sign up for a job at Bahama Mamas. Craig then gets a job as a lowly Bouncer, climbing the criminal ladder slowly but surely, earning the title of "Enforcer". After gaining this title, he joins other Enforcers on a trip to hold Maisonette 9 hostage for ransom money. After the hostage incident rakes in one million dollars, Craig and the other enforcers load the cash in duffel bags and escape out of the back door and through the sewers. After successfully escaping the police, Craig and the gang heads back to Bahama Mamas to count their loot. Right as they're going through the loot, they find a small tracking device in the bags. They panic, trying to figure out what to do with the device. The other gangsters turn to Craig as a solution. They hold him down, choke him, and drug him, all before shoving the device up his anus. Craig then wakes up disoriented in the backseat of a car, which is parked right in front of the East Holland police station. Craig is then taken into custody and interrogated. The police, who are addressing him as "Neil", ask him a series of questions about the Petrovic family, but Craig plays dumb, telling him that he isn't Neil Myall, as the police claim. A quick look at Craig's driver's license by the police proves this. Craig is then released. Act III: No Russian Craig returns to his hotel room, only to find a ransom note, demanding nuclear device launch codes. Craig blows this off as an elaborate prank set up by his friend Trey. Craig calls Trey to tell him that he "Got him good", but a mysterious man named "Darkel" answers the phone. Craig believes that it is still Trey, and continues to sarcastically play along. Darkel, fed up with Craig's bullsh*ttery, puts the phone up to Trey as he introduces a blowtorch to Trey's face. This just about convinces Craig, as he vows to kill every one of them. Craig, finally coming to his senses in what seems to be months, then gives Nikolai a call, informing him of the situation. Nikolai, in return, tells Marcus, who sends a Private Military Company to hunt down the terrorist. Nikolai and Craig make a deal; Nikolai and the Mercenaries will watch Marcus, and Craig will do everything he can do to find Trey. Craig first goes to the U.L. Paper for help, but the U.L. Paper reminds him of their deal; Get enough evidence to lock Kenny Petrovic up, or no help from them. Disgruntled, Craig then returns to Bahama Mamas under the alias "Neil Myall". Craig goes to enter the backroom, but is halted by a bouncer, who asks for Craig's name. Craig gives the bouncer the fake name, but the Bouncer ignores it, stating that "There's already a Neil Myall" in the back room. Craig, after what felt like hours of negotiating, finally gets the Bouncer to leave his spot by offering to buy him a drink at the bar. The bouncer leaves, therefore giving Craig the chance to get into the backroom. Craig enters the backroom, only to find the real Neil Myall gagged, tied up, and being anally raped by Kenny Petrovic, who is "Sending a message to the long-haired Jew". Upon the discovery, Craig is pissed due to the fact that the other gangsters drugged him and got him arrested, Kenny is pissed due to the fact that an undercover spy has been working alongside his men, but Neil is the most pissed, due to the fact that he has been kidnapped, raped, and the fact that Craig used his name. Craig kills Kenny and tells the U.L. Paper he killed Petrovic. As a result, the U.L. Paper give them a lead. Craig then lets Neil stay at his hotel room until the bridges open up so he can catch a flight back to Maryland. * Craig Miller (Protagonist) Craig Miller is a Jewish 23 year old thug for hire from an unnamed town in Western Maryland. He dropped out of high school to join the Maryland Air National Guard, where he learned to fly helicopters and shoot guns. He was discharged in 2009, when he was 19, and has since worked for numerous gangs in the Rust Belt as a thug, learning numerous skills along the way, such as bomb making, hotwiring, and so on. Then, in 2013, his crazy ways brought himself to the attention of Marcus M. Marcus Jr., and that’s where the story begins. One of the first things you’ll notice about Craig is his lack of empathy. He will kill many people without remorse, and the only emotion he will most likely get from it would be Joy. He is labeled as a “Homicidal Maniac” by some, and “Sadistic f*ck” by others. He is highly politically incorrect, often using slurs to refer to people. He is also a raver, who likes to go to a nightclub, harass some women, and take a few hits of LSD with his friend Trey whenever he has some spare time. He is also a rumored bisexual, but rumors aren't accurate. * Trey Stevens Trey Stevens is Craig’s best friend, growing up in the same street back in when they were children. However, while Craig dropped out of school to join the National Guard, Trey continued his education, eventually getting a degree in Urban Planning at the local community College. Trey joins Craig for the majority of the game. * Marcus M. Marcus Jr. The owner of the Marcus Group. He employs the services of Craig and Nikolai as personal bodyguards. He is a multi-billionaire, often throwing money around and building massive, impressive structures, only to destroy them when they are complete, just to prove to the world that “He can”. * Nikolai Borodin Nikolai Borodin is Marcus’s personal bodyguard. Not only does he make a living as Marcus’s bodyguard, but he is also involved in the newly established Russian Mafia in Algonquin. He works alongside Craig in missions involving Marcus. * U.L. Paper-We all know these guys. Early in the storyline, they believe that Craig is a terrorist, and deem him as a threat to the country. This time around, they own their own Private Military Company to track down potential terrorists, including Craig. * Darkel-An Islamic Extremist who is the head of the terrorist cell “Al Gebra”. He operates out of the Liberty City subway, and is currently wanted by the U.L. Paper. * The Hotel The Star Plaza hotel counts as Craig and Trey’s first Safehouse. Marcus gets them a penthouse suite on the top floor. It has a flat screen TV, a large bed, and a wardrobe. It also features Craig’s laptop, which is available in every Safehouse. Basically, all the vehicles from Grand Theft Auto 4 appear, except for the really old cars, such as the Stallion, Vigero, etc. Why? Because it’s pretty unrealistic as to how you can drive down the streets and see five of the same exact classic car parked in a row. Instead, here is a list of new vehicles: * Police Buffalo-Spawns at police stations and whenever sh*t gets serious. * Hot Dog van-Need some food but no carts in sight? Hopefully, you’ll be able to catch this hot dog van in a parking lot or on the side of the road serving customers. * Monstrosity-Finally, after years of being mentioned, the Monstrosity finally appears! Looks like the Maibatsu marketing department really stretched the truth on it. * Stinger-Miss the ‘80s? No problem. Just put on your aviator shades, your pastel suit, your mixtape, and step into this baby. * Deimos SP-Whether you’re speeding down the highway at 160 miles an hour, weaving in and out of Rush Hour traffic, or just going to the store to buy some groceries, rest assured that you’ll be able to turn heads. * Jester-A street racing king. Spawns at street races. * Brickade-An armored van used by Marcus Military. Glaciers can move faster than it, yet you can drive through Beirut at that speed and not get killed. * Luton-Move things from Point A to Point B! Impress your friends! * Panto-Weave in and out of traffic quickly with this amazingly small and efficient car! * Hunter-Rain fire from above in this killer attack helicopter. * Sea Sparrow-Rain fire from above in another killer attack helicopter. But what if you lose control? No worries! Just find some water and let it land. Comming shortly. Expect explosives and custom weapons. It is hosted by a Russian Immigrant, similar to KGBH in GTA 2. This change was made because a famous Ukrainian pop star hosting a small-time American radio station makes no sense. But by Night, Vladivostok FM switches over to Bahamma Mamas, where the format moves over to Russian Techno. Day Playlist Svoboda-Lenningrad Nostra-Glukoza Mobilink-Sergei Shnurov Night Playlist Davay Avariya-Diskoteka Avariya Ti Daleko-DJ Arthur Project RamJam FM RamJam FM is now on the Liberty City airwaves, thanks to a merger of Tuff Gong and Massive B. It plays non-stop reggae. Man Down-Rihanna Liberty Rock Radio 97.8 LRR has now changed format from a hair metal/pop rock station to a classic rock station. It is hosted by a stoner named Dave Welwyn. (PS. Props go out to my IRL friend Dave Welwyn for letting me go through his vinyl collection to find music for this station) Traveler In Time-Uriah Heep 21st Century Schizoid Man-King Crimson Pigs-Pink Floyd Assault And Battery-Hawkwind MSX FM A Drum ‘N Bass station broadcasted out of an apartment in Northwood. It specializes in Drum ‘N Bass, and is hosted by MC Codebreaker from GTA 3. The only difference is that there’s no unintelligible chatter over the music, so you are treated to a nice, steady flow of beats. Return To Atlantis-LTJ Bukem People Of The Universe-Higher Sense Electro Choc Electro Choc now plays Jumpstyle/Hardstyle/trance music. It still plays in Maisonette 9, but can also be heard at raves. Proud To Be Loud-Tat & Zat The Question Is What Is The Question-Scooter Locomotive-DJ M.Calderone Dup Dup-Mickie Krause White Stars-Universe Twisters K109 The Studio K109 is still the same old disco station we all know. Nothing much has changed apart from the music. The Hustle-Van McCoy Let’s All Chant-The Michael Zager Band It’s Raining Men-The Weather Girls Beat 102.7 The Beat 102.7 is still hosted by DJ Cee and Green Lantern. As with K109, nothing has changed. f*ck Bitches, Get Money-Ya Boy Nonbelievers-King Syze Not Tonight-Slaughterhouse Nausea-MC Doom Radio Broker After changing formats (Like all rock stations appear to do), Radio Broker is now a grunge station with a depressed junkie named Kurt as the DJ. Black Hole Sun-Soundgarden Touch Me, I’m Sick-Mudhoney Hardcore LC Due to licensing concerns and legal issues, LCHC closed down and reopened under “Hardcore LC”. It is still hosted by Jimmy Gestapo, but he’s in a more paranoid state, due to legal concerns. Fuel-Metallica Prisoner Of Society-The Living End The Journey The Journey is, once again, hosted by a computer. You-Pete Namlook Voice Of The Earth-Spacetime Continuum Autobahn-Kraftwerk WKTT WKTT is the same as it always has been-a talk radio show. The shows, however, have changed. FIZZ A radio talk show, talking about celebrities and their hilarious misadventures. Just Or Unjust A son runs his penis over with a train set and sues his mother for buying it for him, a homeless man sues a wealthy businessman for not sparing change, and a Chinese woman sues for diarrhea she got from Burger Shot. Only on “Just Or Unjust” will you able to catch ridiculous court cases like these. Ownage Show Hosted by the Ownage Pranks guy, the show consists of the host prank calling people and sending them into deep depressions and/or rage. The Martin Serious Show Nothing much has changed. Really. Nothing has. Television Comming soon. Communications The era of the mobile phone is dead and tablets are as big as Cocaine in 1980s Vice City. The Fruitpad is Craig's main means of communication, using a face-to-face calling system to call people. But this isn't the only advantage, you can go to the Fruit website on your computer and buy cool aps for the Fruitpad, such as a GPS, a Police Scanner (which you can turn "On" to know the police's next move or "Off" for a challenge), and numerous others. Al Gebra-An international terrorist group based out of the middle east. They have started operating literally underneath the city's nose-in the underground subway tunnels. Petrovic Family-After the fall of the Faustin Family in GTA 4, Kenny Petrovic decided to take advantage of this as he set his eyes on Bahama Mamas, a notourious nightclub.
