getting past airport scene

So ive just reinstalled SA on my computer, im trying to use an old saved game ive had but everytime i go to load it takes me back to the beginning where it starts with the airport scene, how do i get past this?

Most likely your computer updated a file that confilicts with the games config.

Delete the GTA_SA.set file, as a first fix.
