Help!

I have a problem with my signature, i always get either "Cannot find out the size of your signature" or "File size too big!"

So can you help me, by somehow reducing my Signature file sizes?

Here's the sig i want:

 

In this signature, there is 3 individual pictures, here is it with spaces:

 

FYI: It is cut in 3 pieces because when any of you kind people reduce the size. I am going to do it so when you click it, it directs you to their topics
