New vegas signature

I'd like a new "Fallout" themed sig

Vaultboy link = I'd like for you to cut vaultboy out of this picture and place him to the left or right of the sig or have him at both sides.

 

Logo = Id like my name to be the same style as this logo and in the center of the sig, where "Fallout" is replace with "Sorrow" and add "The" above the A and in inbetween F and L. If you can please keep the red neon border.

Now this was a real toughie! Couldn't get it exactly the same.
