I found loads in gang wars vs the angels of death, they are usually the rival 1 in every 4 gangwars. I never tried killing Terry but it's far easier to have a huge shootout with the angels & when they are all dead the backup vans are parked in the road unlocked plus you get unique colours sometimes.
