So basically though, It needs to be GTA IV Police based. I need NOOSE, Police Mavericks, normal officers, etc in there. Then at the bottom right, can it have the same watermark from this picture: The size should be a traditional banner. Kinda long from edge to edge of the screen but not too much. Probably that size ^^ Oh and transparent please. Thanks a million. Edit: Also can "Swift & Bold" be on there somewhere please?
