GaryRoachSanderson
I have coded many machine gun and rocket scripts for attack helicopters that I have added to my game (San Andreas). But every time I use them in game, the cops ignore me as if I have done nothing wrong although I have obviously killed someone with the machine gun or rockets on my heli, while if I use the game's original Hunter or Seasparrro weapons, I get wanted level for using them. So is there any way to emulate this in my cleo scripted weapons? My current sanny builder supports cleo 4, but I avoid using the new cleo 4 opcodes at all cost for backward compatibility reasons. Anyone has any idea? Thanks in advance.
Node
You could try scripting a check to see if the player has killed anybody and if so you get a wanted level?
GaryRoachSanderson
You could try scripting a check to see if the player has killed anybody and if so you get a wanted level? yeah, but thats not realistic, that would mean for every kill, i will gain 1 star, which means 6 kills and i get 6 stars? Adler
It may interest you to check out the Wanted section of Memory Addresses on GTAModding if you prefer mimicking or manipulating R*'s wanted system.

Thx Adler, now thats something. I guess i should be increasing +0x14 then?
Silent
No, it's a multiplier set by SET SENSITIVITY TO CRIME opcode (damn native uppercase style, I'm not even sure if it's a real native). I can't see anything related to it, you'd somehow call a crime commit function by CLEO, but even I don't know how Just incerase the wanted level, I can't see the other possible solution being non-memory hacking related.
