Columbo
So I decided to make a table for the first time. It went well until I decided to post it. For some odd reason there's a lot of space between the text above the table and the table itself. I managed to reduce the space by editing the table by hitting backspace until it was all one big wall of text. Problem is, every time I edit some other part of the post, the amount of space increases, and I don't feel like hitting backspace 50 times every single time I want to edit the post (which I do very often). Did I do something wrong? Link to post. Scroll down to see the table. Thanks in advance for your help.
coin-god
I noticed that too when doing the NationStates Official Topic. Basicly you have to remove all spaces and gaps in the table code. For example here you have a gap between Theory name and Creator. Remove it. [tableb]Theory nameCreator
.... Do the same with all spaces and gaps until the table look okay. It will make the code hard to read though, but I don't know any other way
Columbo
Yeah, that worked. Problem is, it resets itself afterwards, so I have to do it again every time I edit the post. Thanks anyway.
kmlwin.1996
That's why Preview Post button exists before adding reply/creating topic. Use it so you don't need anymore to publish and edit again!
Girish
This is one reason why I highly recommend using Barguast's table code generator. You can save the code, load it, edit it, regenerate the code and copy it to your post. Makes tables way too easy to maintain.

kmlwin.1996
Does it work with Win-7?
Girish
Does it work with Win-7? It's a 37 KB download. You could have tried it yourself. Anyways, to answer your question, yes, it does work on Win 7.
