Okay I'm using the GGMM tool. I enter a weapon mod. It installs and shows me a preview everything is fine. Then I boot the game and the gun is unchanged. PLEASE someone help me I'm pulling my hair out with this.

I Never Used GGMM,

Why Don't You Use IMGTOOL ?

It's Easy,Download The Weapon\Skin\Vehicle,Open GTA3.IMG In ROCKSTARGAMES\GTA SAN ANDREAS\MODELS With IMGTOOL,Press F12 And Type The Weapon\Skin\Vehicle Name,Press Enter And U Will Find A File,Press With The Right Mouse's Button And Select Replace,Then Select The NEW File(The Downloaded One) Then It's Done,Only Start The Game.

PS REPLACE DFF FILES WITH DFF FILES AND TXD FILES WITH TXD FILES OR THE GAME WILL CRASH

its also happened to me..to solve it i rebuild my gta3.img in model folder..and its work...

This hapened to me just use img tool or spark (which is faster).
