gta vice city modding car problem

I use GTA mod installer and DMagic Wheel for the cars...... i am having a little problem. i modded cars and ran the game.... it was working perfectly fine but afterwards, i modded taxi and police cars in vice city... not boats, planes, helicopers, just cars and one or two trucks.... and then when i open the game it gets stuck on the loading screen on teh loading bar... then an error comes up saying vicecity.exe is missing...... i tried reinstalling the game and did it again but it doesn't work........ shall i not mod the that are involved in the missions or side missions such as taxi, top gun, police car...???? is that the problem? can someone help me out on this, i am kinda new to this modding business. I even have used vc limit adjuster.... set it on 150mb but still it wouldn't work

Did you reinstall to the same folder? And it didnot work?

Try on different folder!
