My mom was sh*t faced drunk last night and I had to drag her home. And now everyone is having a dispute with her so alot of family sh*t is going down. That must suck. He means what is the Loan Sharks salary, if the Loan Shark gets unlimited funding that is completely unfair because no matter what he can never loose. Yes the Loan Shark will have unlimited funding to give out loans, but being able to make up money out of thin air for personal use is abit cheesy. You also need to add some clause about taking out loans, the problem with loans is if there are no regulations people will abuse it. Like say you can only take out this amount and must pay it back in 3games or else I take something from you that is worth such amount that was loaned out. Also would have to do something like players can only take out a loan after it's payed off and say 3games after. But Loan Shark having unlimited income is going to get a negative response from alot of people of whom would in turn not want to play anymore.
