Gigahertz2010
What's going on? I just tested GTA IV both 3.3ghz and 4.0ghz on my system, and I got the exact same performance. Is .7ghz not enough to even make a difference? GTA IV 1.0.4.0 with Icenhancer 1.3. Running on: GA-P67A-UD4-B3 i5 2500K @ 4.0ghz 8GB DDR3 1600mhz HD 5850 1GB 750W PSU Benchmark: 38 (stock) 38(oc'd) CPU 36% CPU 31% MEM 35% MEM 33% GPU 86% GPU 78% Gameplay was also the same fps. Indoors: 48(stock) 48(oc'd) Vsync off was 51 fps. Outdoors during the day: 29(stock) 29(oc'd)
OverTheBelow
You actually think your processor is the bottleneck when you're using iCEnhancer? You need to overclock the 5850 to get better framerate with it, check your GPU usage in MSIAfterburner.
