Is just broken building model on PC as always, this is proper on PS2. As your screenshot can show, the lod model is fine in both platforms though. So using noclip or airbreak I found some places in the map that has entrance boxes. Which entrance boxes are the boxes used for the illusion of player entering an actual interior. So in the desert, there is a Hotel. This hotel has a entrance box aswell. Also in the desert, there is a Rusty Brown's aswell... And probably a barber interior. But I don't know.
