I don't know what it is though cause its never really mentioned in the game. I see the graffiti OGS everywhere in at least Los Santos, but it doens't make sense because Grove Street's colors are green anyway. Can someone just like explain it? Many Groves were sold off as Housing Plots because of Internal Revenue tax rules that priced inherited land out of the farming families hand. Many sites on the web say that the PC and Xbox cut out the "ORANGE Grove" response, leaving only the PS2, but that is incorrect, the xBox does allow CJ to say it. The PC was a port from the XBox version I think so it should be possible, for example the PS2 has bugs that the Xbox and PC versions don't have, so it makes sense immediately.
