Can I run it?

Okay, so I bought a pc a year ago and I really wanna play this game, but I can't run it. Here are my specs:

 

Intel Core Duo 2.93GHz

Intel 4500HD Graphics Chipset

4 GB RAM

Windows 7

 

Its pretty apparent that the video card is holding me back, so I went to look for video cards. Here's the catch, my computer is a slim tower and I can't spend over 45-50$ All the low profile video cards I saw were like 64-bit, and I don't know if that is any good. So could anyone recommend some video cards, or even better, tell me the specifics that a video card needs to run gta iv (like memory interface, memory, clock, etc)? Thanks, and I don't really care for HD gaming, just good performance, even at minimum graphics .

My sparkle 2GB 430 maxxes everything and gets good frames at medium resolution with a sandy bridge pentium. Has low heat too.

Ehh... I'm sorry to say, I don't think there is a video card under 50 today that will run GTA IV nicely.

The Big Secret:128bit or better, PCIe x16(2.0 does matter), Good amount of SPs and TMU(90+:5+:4+), dual core or better CPU(I've seen good frame on a OC single core too), use OC to tune FPS. ***Less than 500 software threads before launching in task manager>performance***. Don't be a moron and call it crap cause you can't play at high settings..

I did get those frames, I'm not just another consumer who bought stuff..I'm on sandy bridge and a 430 now though.

hmmm guess this clueless moron doesnt know a thing considering my computer company this month celebrates 21 yrs and in the midst of this recession i had to move to a bigger location. listen boy, i am not one to be messed with, Warlord. and I know more than most about computers - when i am wrong ill admit it. while at work today i built the exact same rig you boast got 40 fps and not one of my techs or myself could get 40 fps (oh wait you didnt mention you did your benchmark using the broken built in bench mark tool then you went ahead and used fraps INDOORS) oooh i feel like myth busters.

 

you my friend are a noob here, i have been here a few years but my arrogance got me banned. anyone here will atest i know my stuff.

 

oh and now you know i own a company, a consumer couldnt affort my pc you moron, it costs about 15k, so man get a clue... so you must get like 500 fps on your new intel processor and setup considering what you were able to acheive on junk!

just stop it, at this point we are both trolling. though in my own defense i will say i do have several degrees in computers and programming, and when my company was a start up i built systems and servers and installed them myself. amd i rich? not super, i share too much profit with employtees.... am i comfortable? very. but i did not come back here to fight. and as far as things to recommend for this game, i am not always right, as far as my general computer and advance hardware knowledge, i am rarely wrong. but that doesnt make me better than anyone.
