OverTheBelow
Neither will run GTA 4 very smoothly on lowest settings. The second one is (assuming they're both the same price) the better deal of the two, but you'd need to upgrade the graphics card to be able to run GTA 4. Best advice: save up more money to buy a PC that is actually worthwhile.

The last item is a serivce where if you pay them $50, they will build the computer for you, install Windows 7 for you, install updates, drivers, etc so its ready to use out of the box and you can just install games and thats it. Normally, newegg has cheaper stuff, but if you were to order from Newegg you would have the build everything yourself. I didn't include a monitor, but if you need one exchange the Gigabyte Geforce GTX 570 for a GTX 560 Ti or Radeon 6950 1GB to take off $100 Edited August 17, 2011 by YankeesPwnMets
