TLAD textures

when i play TLAD, the textures (buildings, roads, bridges, etc) dont load, and all i see is either blurry, low quality things, or nothing at all. this only happens in TLAD, not TBOGT. before when i played TLAD it was fine, but now its like this. is this maybe because i havnt finished the game yet? any help is appreciated.
