XTREME0235
Using a capture card will get you the best quality you can get (depending on your card) as oppose to using a camera. When you use a camera there is a possibility you will get black lines going through the footage (if you're using a CRT TV). Then again there probably are ways of getting really good quality picture-back if you're using a good TV and good camera, though again you might not get the perfect picture and/or sound that you get from using a capture card. In a week we will be doing machinama I would go with XTREME0235. I brought a capture card (Easycap DC60,) and it's a sh*t in a sh*t hole. The quality is 7/10 and the sound is 5/10. Mister Pink
I've been wondering this too. I was thinking of testing out my camera for recording on a tripod. I got a Canon 7D which records 1080p HD footage. My T.V. is HD too so it might not look for bad. RUBBΣR░J♢HNNY (スオッ)
