Slamman Posted August 16, 2011 Share Posted August 16, 2011 I got news from my local Grapevine, I think I'll let y'all in on it Jesse 'The Body' Ventura, ex-wrestler and Governor as well as, Mayor?!? IIRC back that far. Now referred to as The Mind Ventura, is returning to acting after some time away from actually acting, where he wrote a book and talked about various conspiracies. He was on camera to talk about his past after Arnold's affair became known, and asked about his thoughts on it, where he replied on first hearing it, he chuckled to himself. From a political end, they don't seem to agree in approach. Jesse co-stared in the famous Predator film with Arnold Schwarzenegger and now it's looking like he'll play a role close to home. It's presently shooting as a matter of fact, and this time he'll play a Governor in the Fictional movie setting, or Mayor, something like that. Looking forward to that. Moonshield Posted August 17, 2011 Share Posted August 17, 2011 Yeah, he was great in Repossessed with Leslie Neilsen and Linda Blair. Gene Okerland made an appearance also, and Satan! It's funny because the movie was about Linda Blair being repossessed by SATAN and Leslie Neilsen being the priest do drive the demon out. It's a great contrast to the movie The Exorcist in which Linda Blair again gets possessed. But that's more of a serious movie. Slamman Posted August 17, 2011 Author Share Posted August 17, 2011 I remember, I wish that Possessed (the band) had reformed as RePossessed, it's a great take on a comeback, but that failed to launch because the demos circulated didn't get picked up. If I hear any more on his project, I'll update. That's one of the dumbest lines in the history of cinema. You don't have time to bleed? What the f*ck does that even mean? When you bleed, you f*ckin' bleed.
