[Q] How do I tell what version of GTA IV I have?

I just downloaded the steam copy of GTA IV today because GTA EFLC (CD Version) always screws up with mods.

 

I just downloaded ENB series 0.082 by Bora and it crashed my game, now I have to reinstall.

 

This game has so many problems. I need to know what version I have before I download any mods. Thanks.

 

Again, I am using the steam copy, I HAVE to open GTA IV through the Steam application.

 

Here are my specs:

 

Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3ghz

GIGABYTE Geforce GTX 580 1536mb Super Overclock edition

G.Skill 8GB of RAM 1600mhz

Western Digital 1TB hard drive

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

 

EDIT: Mods please move this. I thought I posted this in troubleshooting, but it looks like i accidentally placed it in multiplayer.
