Few issues

I moded my GTA quite a lot, now I´m using Icenhancer 1.2.5 pack and need to fix following.

 

1) Colors on cars are not pure, they are like metalic or so. I want it clean and pure without this "dirt".

 

 

2) Nights are too dark now IMO even on maximum brightness etc.

The game sometimes fails to load textures. I know it loads the textures in front of me but when i make a 180° turn I have to wait +-2 sec till it loads. I have a 2GB of VRAM and game is actually using only 750MB+- so there is enough space for grafic mods like ENB. Maybe its also caused by that I have 40 custom cars installed + mod that spawns random cars (not only 5 like the original setup). View distance is 80 and detail is 60.

 

 

So if anyone could help, that would be nice.
