Many artists post some of their designs on CG-sites and such. It "could" reveal something. And some could be talking too much, who knows. I dont think any artist working for R* is goin to leak anything.They'll be screwed completely if they do that. If you want to help... Then leave a comment here... Also mentions GTA IV so this excludes that GTA V is just a typo.
