normal map plugin doesn't work

i just installed normal map plugin by ryosuke (link)...but after i run the gta_sa.exe is say the "application has failed to start because d3dx9_40.dll was not found.Re-installing the application may fix the problem"

anyone know how to fix this?

SIMPLE GO TO GOOGLE SEARCH THE D3D9 WHAT EVER DOWNLOAD IT AND THEN PAST IT IN YOU GTA DICTIONARY

By the looks of the name, it seems that its looking for a DirectX 9 file, try downgrading it to that and try doing it then.

i have downloaded d3dx9_40.dll from different site before..but it crash the game..

Don't download direct x files it's only going to f*ck your game up , just look for the DX version that has that file and install it
