In lighter terms if you are going to request any form of graphic you need to provide more details than "I need a banner where there is a lot of mangas/anims such as Nruto, Bleach, Death Note". I remember there used to be a guide that had a template for making requests. "I need a banner where there is a lot of mangas/anims such as Nruto, Bleach, Death Note ....." To me this says you want random anime characters thrown into a banner. I don't know where these particular pictures your looking for are. The GFX people here are not expected to search for your resources, you're supposed to provide everything needed in order for us to make what you want.
