mRock47 Posted August 12, 2011 Share Posted August 12, 2011 Hey guys, So I've had this bug recently playing GTA IV on my PC: I'll have Niko walk forward, and he'll move for a small period of time, and suddenly stop, even though I'm still holding down the movement key. The same applies to when I'm driving; the car accelerates for a period of time, then stops, as though I've taken my finger off the key, when I haven't. So basically, I move forward for a brief period of time when I hold down the forward W key, then the movement stops as though I've released it when I haven't, and to start moving again I need to press it again, and the whole cycle repeats. It's pretty annoying since I made no changes to my PC or the program, and this new bug appeared out of nowhere, after a few weeks of successful gameplay.
