strange glicth

When I was plaing lcs i did notice the fact that whenever I started beatin people certain cars would start appearing. For example, in staunton island when i beat people with my fist nearly five minutes later infernus , cheetah, stinger,phobos vt and stretch become more common in that area. After sometime, it goes back to normal.

Well Shoreside Vale has racing cars so if you stay longer cars will appear much commonly and when i was in portland at ferry docks i saw 3 Phobos VT's cars and i stole all of them then Infernus spawned in Ferry docks much commonly so i suggest this is just games spawning points

This is the same trick that works on SA.

If you get a rare car somewhere, and drive it

Into common car area which there will be less

Likely to appear, a rare car will be spawned in that area.

 

Notice that, I stole a Banshee from Staunton Island

And I drove into Chinatown, a rare traffic spawned in that time, when I came back they're gone.
