Any way to JUST get FXAA?

I run 1.0.7 and don't particulary want any of the major ENB mods that cripple my framerate and cause issues with red skies etc, but I really do want FXAA.

 

Is there any way I can have that and nothing else?

coincidentally, someone has released a tool that does exactly that.

Put the D3D9 files into your gta4 game directory, and enable/disable the AA using the Pause|Break key.

I can't test it myself atm because I haven't installed IV.
