They are both trying to take the FPS crowd this year. And both developers are well aware of that. Both games are FPS. Both games are set in modern era. Both games are multiplayer focused. Both games have leveling systems. Both games are coming out on all 3 major systems. You can compare them easily. Take the features from one game and compare them with the other. Decide which features are good and which are bad. Based on that you can get a rough picture of which game will be more fun. And the one that is more fun for you is f*ckin' better. Both games have completely different hardcore audiences, and the only reason these two games are getting compared is because they are releasing in the same month. You can be boring as hell and compare every game to another game, but doesn't make me a moron or a retard. Why not compare BF3 to, say, uhm, Soul Calibur then, seen as in both games you 'level up'. That's my point exactly, though. I get exactly what you mean by being comparable, but my point was that they are both going for completely different style, so the consumer will choose which game they want depending on what they most fancy... I get bored of all this "this game Vs this game" bullsh*t...you go for the game that you think you will have more fun in and what appeals to you. I pre-ordered both BF3 and MW3 because I know both games will offer a completely different experience, even though both are FPS games, and both rely heavily on the MP section of the game. All games have a target audience, and try to set their games apart from others in the genre, so comparing them totally takes away the aim of the game. I guess if this is what the world has devolved into (people only look at pretty pictures and refuse to read) there is no way it will succeed. To put it this way, the MAG community is up in flames and is planning to collectively ditch MAG for this much more intriguing and interesting game.
