[REQ] Two images for a signature

I have a little request to make. This requires a better program than my usual MS Paint --> Powerpoint 2003 combination.

 

Sizes: 250 wide by 109/110 high, each

Transparency: yes

 

I would like a picture of a GTA IV vehicle for the first one. I want it to be a black car, with no driver visible. One of these should work:

 

1. black Cavalcade, with black wheels (or just edit this or something similar)

2. this image

3. this image

 

I would like just the car, with nothing else. The entire backdrop should be transparent. You only need to do one of these cars.

 

For the second image, I would like this image to have a transparent background. Alternatively, you can recreate a similar image.

 

There's no rush for any of this. The two images will be side-by-side in my signature, so try to make them proportional. Thank you.
