This will be hosted every weekend (on Saturday or Sunday depending on what I got to do) on The Ballad of Gay Tony. This is based on the Triathlon on TBoGT but an MP. There will be four teams of three: Red Team, Orange Team, Green Team, and a Blue Team. Each team will race towards the finish line at the entrance to Middle Park Bridge. One person out of the four teams will start by parachuting down from helicopters into their teammates boats on the eastern side of Happiness Island. The team will then race their boats down the West River to the Northern Alderney Beach and meet up with their third teammate and one of them will get into their teammates cars and push their engines to the limit to the entrance of Middle Park. The team that wins will have them and their gang known as the Triathlon Champions of 2011-2012 (that is until someone beats them). Red Team ???? ???? ???? Orange Team ???? ???? ???? gamesguru Posted August 11, 2011 Share Posted August 11, 2011 Forum member SweatyPa1ms created a Triathlon event for the Xbox 360 back in June. However, activity was only sustained for roughly a month. Despite the originality and effort put into the event, it lacked continued interest. I see no problem with having such a similar event here in its place considering this isn't the first case similar events have materialised, nor will it be the last. If the aforementioned event ever continues, hopefully both events can live in harmony (or be merged). With that being said, I wish you the best of luck with your event. Cult Of Personality Posted August 17, 2011 Share Posted August 17, 2011 It's not the event itself that is a fail, it's that the community is at an all time low right now. You won't get hundreds of people signing up in the first week in the current state of the forum. It's best just to wait for GTA V to be honest, then the forums will be flooded with people.
