Permanent Spawning Places For All Vehicles

Is it possible to create permanent spawning places for all the vehicles in the game? So thst each vehicle has a place where one is always parked? I use the steam versions of GTA4 and EFLC, alough I mainly just use TBOGT as it has the most features. I have added all vehicles to all the games (e.g. regina, rhapsody etc. in TBOGT, bullet, f520 etc. in TLAD and so on) and have them spawning in traffic. Could anyone help me here? I am fine with editing game files, but I have never created scripts or anything like that yet. If I can get this working I will probably release this on this forum for everyone to use.
