Flitskikker
TXD2OTD TXD2OTD is a little "workaround" tool to help converting TXD files to WTD. It will extract TXD files and create OTD index files based on them. It was originally made for GTA IV: San Andreas. Usage: - Put all .txd files in the todo folder. - Make sure the build folder is empty. - Edit Settings.ini with the preferred values: - Version header - Mip maps - Pixel format - Run TXD2OTD.exe. Note #1: This utility depends on tools like TXD Workshop. These will pop up several times. Also, due to this fact, the program is slow, but it works and that's what it's about. TXD Workshop needs to be placed in the "utils" folder. I didn't include it because I don't want to risk copyright infringement. You can download it here: http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=8320 Note #2: Make sure there is no ( or ) in the path name! Download The current version is v2.0. DOWNLOAD! Enjoy! emperact
Hi. I have a problem with the tool.. It converts all my files, but it fails them, the input (todo) is real mb and so, but the output (build) is like 2 kb.. I am sure everything is fine with all the .txd files, and I have tried several txd workshop versions http://i51.tinypic.com/rmu22s.jpg Edited February 22, 2012 by Girish

fastman92
Very useful tool. Though it isn`t working with the latest version of Open IV. Instead of "Version 8" there is "Version 8 10" in .otd files. I solved it by modifying: echo Version 8 >"%cd%\build\!folder!\%%~nB.otd" To echo Version 8 10 >"%cd%\build\!folder!\%%~nB.otd" Now OpenIV imports generated .otd files. Flitskikker
I've updated the tool to version 2.0. Refer to the OP to download. v2.0: - Now compatible with the OpenIV 0.9.4 OTD format. - Added Settings.ini for further compatibility and customization. - Additional bug fixes.
