Otherwise, there would be the option to change the language to english. Anyways, you need an American.gxt or English.gxt in your text folder. Hi, i had the same problem lol but i found a solution go to this link http://www.gta-downloads.com/en/gta3/file-...ext-folder.html download the file, and replace your existing TEXT folder with the new TEXT in your GTA 3 Directory and it should be sorted good luck!
