What are some good Reggae bands that are worth checking out for someone who is kind of new to the genre?

I'm not sure if I would consider Supertramp a Reggae band...

How do I type a Pound Sterling symbol on my US keyboard? I tried using the Alt+0163 thing and it doesn't work. Nothing shows up. And then when I tried using a tip I found online which is Windowskey+156 it didn't work either.

First turn off Num Lock.

Then hold down the Alt key and type 156 using the number pad. When you release Alt key the symbol will appear.

Or you could copy and paste this---> £

I went running yesterday at night for the first time in a long time so I wasn't used to it and now, at morning, I have stiffness. I've heard that the best solution against stiff is exercising so, considering that I ran at night is it recommendable that I run again at the morning (12 am more or less)?

I have a music related question...

What is that hippy song, from the 60's or 70's, a chilled out rocky song, Starts of by saying "Ahoy hoy" then trails off into singing with no particular words. It's that proper stereotypical American college 1970's hippy song, been on The Simpsons.

I found the song on YouTube a while back but for the life of me can't remember what it's called or who it's by.

Is there such thing as a Nissan Hardbody that doesn't have a dent on it somewhere?

You are supposed to 'stretch' your muscles before running, and 'cool down' after the run by walking until your breathing returns to normal.http://www.wikihow.com/Get-Rid-of-Sore-Muscleshttp://www.wikihow.com/Make-Sore-Muscles-Feel-Good

The whole stretching dogma is debatable. As a test, I've gone the past five months without, and I've actually had less need for recovery time. And this is after taking some considerable time away from running.

@roadrunner - running is gonna hurt at first; your body, on all levels, needs to adapt and grow. Just be patient, practice good form, and dont overdo it.

I got a little too excited when I first started running (plus I was a heavy heel striker) so I ended up hurting my knees and getting horrendous shinsplints and blisters. It's a learning process where the only universal advice is, again - don't over do it.

But every once in a while, run the f*ck out of yourself until you're gonna puke. :^:

I agree, running is dangerous anyway.

let's get back to field exercising.

I say, End in school sports where only a few elitists partisipate and go back to Calisthenics for the Entire school body. :^:

Yeah, I've been reading recently that you actually shouldn't stretch before exercise. Your body becomes more tense and thus more prone to injury. What you're supposed to do is some light, aerobic movements to get blood flowing, but that's about it. Save the stretches for afterwards.

Really? :O I have to admit, I don't stretch as much as I should or as long as it's recommended before and after stretching but I've noticed on a few occasions if I don't stretch before hand... my runs are usually much shorter as my calves start tensing up & my knees hurt like a bitch.

Rockstar has confirmed it before that the DLC's will be free.

What the hell are you talking about?

If anything, they're doing something good by removing them.

You know they were in a landfill right?

Landfills are obviously bad.

I think it would have been easier to remove the labels and EPROMs, and reuse the cartridges to make another game.

Maybe I'll die soon just for you. :rampage:

But, if it is old news, how come Channel 8 just reported it, over and over and over? :panic:

No, do it for me and humanity!

But really, you should see some of the crap I see on the TV news that I read about weeks earlier.

Cause they had nothing else to report on. Kinda like CNN spending so much time on MH370 but not, since there were other things happening in the world at the time.

How big is 'your' TV? By that, I mean anyone who wants to address my Q, refer to your biggest TV to date, and any side story about how you got it? HDTV, standard, CRT, plasma, LCD? Etc.
