OMGOMGOMG I think I got it to work by changing the DNS. Can anyone with American Netflix tell me if their most recently added movies to netflix are:

 

Mystery Files: Alexander the great, Air Distasters, A fistful of Dollars, Crocodile Dundee 2.

 

Because I'm pretty damn sure I didn't have these on my original canadian one! Plus theres movies like a Mitt Romney documentary... haha

I see some of these, but I see them even if I switch my DNS over to Canadian one. Like I said, we all get the same IP from the DNS, so it's not going to matter. Try a proxy service.

 

I swear though, 70% of these shows and movies are not ones I've seen on my original Netflix and a lot of pretty recent movies too that I know for sure we didn't have. Plus, there's quite a few american documentaries which we didn't have, most likely because mine was Canadian.

I have a D-Link 500b modem, and a TP Link router. My PC and PS3 are using the wireless connection, but if I try to use the wired connection, it gives me an error (I don't remember exactly what it says, I'm not at home now). The password and username are correct. This happens on my PC and PS3...

 

What could it be? I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64. Already tried to reset the modem/router.

Explanation

 

I'll just pretend to know what you're talking about here... Honestly, I don't know how anything like this works I don't have the knowledge in it, but that's how I managed to get US Netflix on a UK PS3. You set up the Internet manually and add American DNS servers (it has to be through wi-fi), there's sites dedicated to providing them for this purpose and I just followed them, but sometimes you have to try several because they stop working or are way too slow. Once you do that you just sign into the Netflix app and all US shows are displayed. There's sites out there that use the proxy thing that I think you're referring to but you have to pay.

As weasel's response doesn't actually answer your question, yes you call the pocket at the start of your shot and can vary. You aren't arestricted to a single pocket once you've called, you can change every shot you have on the black.

I forgot to mention that I was referring to the 8-Ball game lol. I read the PDF with the rules lil weasel posted (before I asked the question here), but they didn't really offer a clear answer for that. The last paragraph weasel posted seems to suggest that you can change the pocket on each shot you get to pocket the 8-ball.

Each shot is a new location. You aren't locked into one-hole for the game.

Yes, but sivis wasn't the only one that didn't get that from the paragraph you posted. It doesn't actually say that you may change the pocket in subsequent attempts to pocket the 8-ball. It simply says that you don't have to do anything with the marker if it is placed (from previous rounds or attempts) next to the hole you want to pocket the ball in. That suggests that you can in fact place the marker somewhere else to pocket the ball in another hole, but I just wanted to be sure that it is the case. A clear statement that it is allowed would have made more sense.
