You say you regret getting the account banned -but it'd be okay to just ban this one? Seems like a thought-out decision.

 

Anyhoo, I'm a near 17-year-old and I'd like a part time job. We've been advised about interview technique, expectations at a job, the kinda path you should do etc. yet I don't actually know how to try to get one. I try to keep my eye out for job offers in a store, or online etc. but what's the best way to try to get one in my position? And even if I did find one, do I just phone them up and ask about the job? Thanks in advance.

If you place an application for a job and don't hear from them within acouple days, phone them, ask about the status of your application or simply place another application. I was hired once due to the manager saying 'I called you because I saw how determined you were to get the job with your 5 applications.'

 

Not saying it always works but it will make you stand out and seem serious about wanting the job. I've never had success getting jobs from online applications, normally in person.

70% sure it is in mapping Los Santos, but since that is one of the largest thread in terms of replies on the whole forum with more than 4 million replies then it will be difficult to find it.

I just tried a quick search for "just cause" in the V section, nothing.

You served your time.. although any details of the manslaughter itself may become too graphic for most viewers, in which case the thread may be locked. Perhaps some other convicts may pour out their past experiences of time served for such crimes.

A lieutenant is usually a rank who is a second in command.

 

It derives from the French words "lieu" meaning 'place' or 'position' and "tenant" meaning 'someone holding a position or tenancy'.

 

Therefore "lieutenant" means someone holding a position in place of his superior.

 

The French word 'lieu' comes from the old French 'luef' which gives rise to the pronunciation "LEF-tenant"

 

Americans just try to read it as it's written and mispronounce it as "LOO-tenant".

Well, I'm glad we don't say, Lef-tenant or 'Left-tenant' .. the French, pft.
