Did anybody have trouble getting onto the forums a couple of hours ago? Every page and website loaded fine for me but couldn't load GTAF on my laptop or phone.

that's strange, maybe it was just America and Oceania then. America was definitely online, I saw an active user list while it was down, showed a load of americans

Hey guys, so I bought 800msp and I got some GTA V avatar stuff. The FIB outfit and abseiling outfit, i have 200msp left and I don't know what to spend it on, I might save them but I probably won't get msp again for a good while as I don't buy much marketplace stuff, is there any good themes for 200? Or arcade games? There's probably not much stuff for 200msp...

Don't want to seem pushy, but does anyone have a y ideas on what I could get for 200msp?

If you have to ask the question of what to purchase, then you clearly don't want/ need anything. My advice would be hang on to the points, see if anything pops up that you actually want. The points aren't going to expire.

I have some library books that are around six years overdue, I did think you were fined when this happened but I did not. Considering I took them out when I was under 13, could I go into a library and sign up again or will the books flag up and fines will be brought upon me. I currently live in England so this question only pertains libraries located here. I'm asking because I've been looking and it says I need to show some documentation with my name and address on so would it be possible to sign up again? There's no way to prove I'm the same person who took the books out is there?

You could go in to your library and just ask them, just say you have a "friend" and describe your situation, and see what they say. Libraries in England don't have a uniform "returns" policy, in fact I doubt even 2 libraries within the same local authority would. Each will be different. So it's probably best to just ask them. 6 years overdue though, that sure is something.

You get billed for the Retail Price of the Book(s).

And, after a year the cops make a visit.

Like tms-junk said, you may aswell save them. Theres not a great deal you can get with them anyway; maybe an avatar item, couple of gamer pictures, a theme, skin pack or a small.add on for a game and so on.
