Maybe the mods don't support your game version? I had GTA SA from the GameFly client (almost like Steam) and I could barely start my game due to mods that didn't support my version.

Yep, V1.0 US Version.

I could look into it for you, the only thing i suspect is that there are no dummies for the ped_fseat or they are not named correctly

 

If i find the issue I'll pm you about it

I have a quick question, I'm currently trying to apply for a college course and I'm over the age of 19 but apparently I can get the tuition fee waived if I have not previously gained a full level 2 qualification.

 

These are the list of examples which have been provided:

 

5 or more GCSEs at grades A-C

1 Advanced Level (A Level grades A-E)

PEI Stage 2

City and Guilds Higher Operative/Craft

LCCI Cert. (Second Level)

Pitman Intermediate Level 2

BEC General Certificate/Diploma with Credit

5 or more CSE grade 1

2/3 AS Levels (grades A-E)

BTEC First Diploma

GNVQ Intermediate

NVQ Level 2

RSA Dip

 

Now, I have a BTEC Extended Certificate but I don't know if that counts as a full level 2 qualification as I didn't complete the second year of the previous course which would have resulted in a level 3 qualification overall.

A BTEC Extended Certificate is a Level 3 qualification on the National Qualifications Framework (see the Wikipedia page). So, in short, you can't get tuition waived.

Yeah he can. I only made the list since the 'Retired Staff' group is hidden and you can't see banned members in the Top 10 posters because you know, they've been banned.

It'd be almost impossible to find that out, since he also posts in hidden forums, posts that we can't see. Basically, you'd have to count backwards from the number of posts he's got now down to 33,216 but then there are the hidden posts, which make everything irrelevant.

The thing is, even though the number of posts are outdated, the rankings really aren't. Maybe 1 or 2 positions changed ever since I made the list. I only quoted it here because the OP wanted to know who the highest posters are. He didn't necessarily want to know how many posts these members had.

I have two questions:

Any tips for the hazard perception part of the theory test for a car (B)(UK)? I did a few online mocks and failed. I managed to pass my last mock there now but I'm not sure if that's just because I knew when the hazards would occur (the same clips seem to pop up in different tests).

Many forums support the feature of uploading images through folders. Here, you have to upload to an image hosting website, then get the url for uploading, it's a tedious task because for one picture, you have to get through all this. Why is this? and I hope it gets fixed in V 1.5.
