Can someone give me a free program that allows me to add text to videos?

Windows Movie Makes lets you do that, it comes with windows OS as well. Avidemux, Kate's Video Toolkit are others.

Not with Windows 7. You have to install the Live Essentials pack for it, you can just select Movie Maker though. The last distribution of a Windows embedded Movie Maker was with Vista.

So in order to find if a member's banned or not, I should pm him/her saying "Hi, I just wanted to know if you're banned or not" ? And what if the person gets pissed and says "wut?! why dafaq shld i get banned, you pathetic whore?" and what if he sticks my photos all over his room, and flings his crap on it?

search for them in members list here

if their name does not come up then they are banned.

so if you go there and search for "Zee" in "all members" he will not be there cos he is Busted.

Yeah rudy. there is an easy way to find if a user has been banned or not. Also Nate there's another way too which I prefer. In the member list here click on the showing tab and change it from 'All members' to BUSTED! Then you will be able to see every banned member on the forum once you hit the 'Go!' button. You will see 10 per page and there are 1609 pages. Also when I look for a specific banned member I change the 'All Members' tab to BUSTED! and I check if their name pops up or not. If it does then they have been banned and if their name doesn't either they haven't been banned or you spelled their name incorrectly. It should be noted just because someone's name doesn't appear when searching 'all members' they are banned. Even Retired staff are hidden so you wont be able to find the profile of lets say anuj or Mark as easily but at the same time they aren't banned members.

 

 

Why was "Master Of San Andreas" banned?

The reasons aren't unknown for his ban. He told me a few days back he would perma ban his account so he could focus on school work because this place distracted him too much. He was supposed to be banned a few days ago but he decided to do it only yesterday. He also told me he would be back sometime in July or August. Now I don't know if he will be back on the same account or a different one. But he said he'll be back regardless.

Who's the oldest GTAF user?

It's Tank, the founder of the whole gta.net, including GTAForums. His original join date isn't November 8th, 2001 but somewhere in April 2001. The forums crashes somewhere before November and he had to re-register. The only member to keep is original join date even after the crash is DigitalD, but still he registered later than Tank.

 

You can also see illspirit as having a 1970 join date, but that was more a messing with the Admin Control Panel, they somehow changed his original join that to that prank one.

Nah. Even though he's the founder of the site he isn't the fist member or oldest user per se. It's the default account made by Invision Power Software Administrator.

I don't remember fully but I once read illspirit's joke join date were made by admins on MySQL to test the capabilities of the board. I think it's the same process when it comes to editing the Birthday of users like OTB or Gareth Croke.

Rofl, Administrator isn't a member. That's Tank's account, he just remade another one with his current name. And yes he is the oldest member of these forums, that account is controlled by admins. It's the root admin account, the first one. That account has instant access to the Admin Control Panel, and you can't take the power of accessing the Admin Control Panel from it. Tank could have used that one, but I believe he wanted fairness towards the other Admins. It's just doesn't appear in the Moderation Team because they changed a little the MySQL.

 

And yeah, illspirit's account was used for tests, but it's still a prank since they left it that way.
